I love tacos, but unfortunately tacos also love my shirt! Bell peppers are high in Vitamin C, which helps build immunity. Fiber is really important for individuals in wheelchairs to help with our digestion issues. They were both delicious, but I preferred the guacamole! When I get a craving for tacos, I will definitely request this dish again.

I have to say I am generally a pretty quiet guy, but yesterday, I was literally speechless! (which I have to say were delicious but not intoxicating!) I recently received a product that can change “can’t” into “can” with a snap! Immediately, I was impressed by the quality of the product and packaging. I was not able to assemble the Button-ups myself so I asked my mom to do it for me. One caregiver struggles a bit tying my shoes while I am in my lift. I was not compensated for this post and all opinions are my own.

able to move, not being able to see (my night vision is poor), and having to be lifted into a car (I with a twisted spine (I have a bad case of scoliosis). My mom and I thought long and hard about this, as we like to do things our own. We came to the conclusion that helping each other is what friendship is all about. The community has been very supportive and I would like to thank EVERYONE who made this possible!

I love eggs, avocados and bacon. Who doesn’t love bacon?! Speaking of bacon, I use nitrate free bacon to make Avocado Bacon Deviled Eggs. Recently I have begun to tweak my diet. Foods with nitrates did not make the cut. Nitrate free bacon comes at a higher price, so I have cut back on bacon as a whole. Did I mention, they are topped with BACON?!
