I need equipment and chargers, as well as items for my personal cares.  Part way through the day, I needed water to quench my thirst.    As we were getting ready to leave, our bartender came over to see if we needed help.  Actually, we did not need any help.  The design of the doorway was easier leaving than coming in.  My mom helped quite a bit, bailing me out when my stutter took over.

The last several years I lived blocks from the Milwaukee zoo.  Since moving to Wausau, I have not been to a zoo.  I can usually overlook the stares (pun intended).  However, crowds can bring more stares than I can handle.  Rarely can I roll easily through the trees. 

I enlisted the help of a very talented artist, Emily Ugoretz, to create a design to help spread this I think it honors the “Be the Change” message. You may be wondering, “How can I be the change?” There are virtual ways you can help struggling kids with their homework. Check with your local donation sites to see if there is a need. I know I have struggled a bit not being able to get out and about.

When I was growing up, I spent a great deal of time in Nokomis and Tomahawk, WI.  As the miles passed, I reminisced about the times I had up north.  They kindly helped Amy get me up the ramp.  I think I have been letting people off the hook a bit too easily.  However, I would not make a special trip as I did that day. 

I needed a way to support the Come Roll With Me mission. My mom and I started brainstorming for ideas of a business that would help support my blog and my mission All you need is button making machines, a printer and a message. Realistically, I will need help with any business. However, I needed to find a business that required minimal physical labor.

I had a serious case of spring fever and a road trip was in order. As I work on projects for future income, I live by the motto “Money can’t buy you happiness”.  Twigs Beverage Museum not only helped me beat the winter blues, it was gentle on my wallet! Luckily (and with the help of my grandfather), we found a spot that also had enough space for my ramp I discovered that my soda palate is not adventurous. I really enjoyed the old time flavors.

However, I have never let my disability define me. It is a part of who I am, but not WHO I am. Because CP is a part of who I am and I embrace it as I do life in general. I love where I live and feel blessed to be able to have this arrangement. In my case, I was born 3 months premature. I was 2lbs 13 oz. I had a grade 4 brain bleed. She was afraid I would sink! However, she never holds me back and I went! I did not sink!

After a 2 year hiatus, I once again found an invite in my mailbox. When I rolled up, I was so excited to be back after two years. We noticed some changes right away. If you can see it in person, I highly recommend! I selected the chicken skewer and the crab rangoon. Additionally, I am on a very limited budget.
