I almost did not make it through the gluten withdrawal, it was brutal. I do have to admit, I still crave Big Macs from time to time! I found that foods rich in calcium, protein and fiber are recommended. I love this wok as it heats evenly and is perfect for a great stir fry. For this recipe, I used my favorite, Jasmine Rice.

I love eggs, avocados and bacon. Who doesn’t love bacon?! Speaking of bacon, I use nitrate free bacon to make Avocado Bacon Deviled Eggs. Recently I have begun to tweak my diet. Foods with nitrates did not make the cut. Nitrate free bacon comes at a higher price, so I have cut back on bacon as a whole. Did I mention, they are topped with BACON?! I need quite a bit of equipment and adaptive tools. I have always been satisfied with their response. The operators are very friendly and helpful. They also volunteer to stay on the line with me until help arrives. These AFO’s are necessary to help stabilize my feet for standing and transfers. There are programs now that help disabled people with independent living. They help me with my personal cares, making meals, shopping, and cleaning. I have great caregivers and a backup plan, but there have been times when no one showed up when needed I cannot play sports nor can I cook. I went to Canada to watch the Blue Jays play when I was 13. My mom was there and came to try to help and nothing worked. My mom called her friends to help. Five more additional people came. When I went to bed that night, I was relieved. Not only did they help get me home, they kept my spirits high and brought laughter to the situation.
